The Perfect Holiday Resort

Holiday resorts offer travelers a unique experience with all-inclusive facilities, restaurants, entertainment, shopping outlets and accommodation all in one place, making it the ideal location for those travelers looking to stay at the resort instead of travel around the city. One of Dubai’s more popular resorts is Atlantis, The Palm, and it is my go-to place whenever I vacation in Dubai. If you’re looking for a resort in Dubai, I can tell you from personal experience that this is what you can expect from Atlantis, The Palm:
Types of Rooms Available
Everyone has a preference (and budget) when it comes to choosing the appropriate accommodation option for their holiday. Families with young kids might opt for a larger room or inter-linking rooms, whereas a couple might choose a romantic room or suite. Atlantis, The Palm boasts a wide variety of accommodation options, some of which I have been lucky enough to experience.
The first time I visited Dubai I spent my week in Atlantis, The Palm’s spacious and luxurious Terrace Club Suite. The resort’s Terrace Club Suites have a private bedroom and living area, making them bigger than their standard one-bedroom suites. My favorite aspect of this room was the breath-taking views across the Arabian Sea.
What to Do
When it comes to things to do, you are truly spoilt for choice when visiting Atlantis, The Palm, as there is almost every activity under the sun available for your entertainment.
Aquaventure Water Park offers guests a cool retreat and endless hours of fun in the sun during the scorching hot days. The water park has numerous adrenaline pumping, record breaking rides and slides, as well as a chance to get up and personal with their sharks and rays. What’s more, the water park is home to 700 meters of pristine beach – my favorite spot by far – with reserved seating areas and sparking waters.
For the couples, friends, or mums and dads looking for a way to relax. Atlantis, The Palm’s ShuiQi Spa offers a quiet retreat where you can indulge in one or more of their spa treatments. The spa’s menu has an array of different treatment options, some of which include massages, facials, manicures, and Bastien Gonzalez treatments!
Where to Eat
There is no shortage of places to eat at Atlantis, The Palm, and if you like to travel through your stomach – like me – you’ll have trouble making a decision. Guests have the chance to travel the world through the numerous restaurants that call Atlantis, The Palm their home, with an option to suit every taste.
If I had to choose my favorite restaurant at Atlantis, The Palm, I would choose Ossiano because of the whole experience you have while dining there. Ossiano is an award-winning seafood restaurant with breath-taking underwater views of the Ambassador lagoon and all of its underwater creatures.
The resort however is home to so many more restaurants, including Gordon Ramsey’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar, Nobu, and Seafire Steakhouse.
Resort holidays are the perfect option for families, friends, and couples looking for an accommodation option with all the perks!
