Housing Works, a New York-based organization that has started a national campaign to end AIDS in the U.S. by 2025, has taken its fundraising event on the road once again. The non-profit event, Design on a Dime was officially kicked off in NYC on Thursday, April 21, at Metropolitan Pavilion and is what Elle Décor calls ‘an unmatched shopping opportunity’.
