Eating Smart - Hot Chocolate
Monday, December 31, 2007My blog had never publish or wrote anything about smart idea for healthy, balanced living. But since we moving towards 2008, a fresh change for my blog is needed. So yeah, here I am! Talking about how to eat healthy and live better!
Eating Smart
"Soothe your soul and your heart with a steaming cup of cocoa"
Hot chocolate always creates a stir. After a chilly day spent outside playing or exercising, there is nothing better than warming up with a mug of hot chocolate.
Substitute-
Dark chocolate powder in your facourite recipe, or try this one:
Microwave-
1 cup low-fat milk on high power for 1 minute. In a microwave-safe mug, combine 2 tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa powder and 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar.
Gradually-
Stir milk into chocolate mixture. Blend in 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Dust with cinnamon-an antioxidant powerhouse in its own right.
Hehe. Try it in your own, for extra smooth, add some wipe cream on the top.
Since I love cocktails so much, I've been reading a bartender guide latetly. Basically it teaches me how to mix and match a best cocktails. One of my favorite cocktails is Long Island Ice Tea.
Perhaps next time I would write something about "making the best cocktails" :)
And yup! Happy New Year 2008!
Tomorrow is my 21st birthday! Yeah!
